Manage information in KFT
Use profile and item-level controls to correct information, choose audiences, export supported content, or delete content you control. Account deletion is available through account settings. Shared records may remain when owned by another person or needed to preserve an authorized shared conversation, subject to law.
Submit a request
Use the contact form to request access/knowledge, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability/export, withdrawal of consent, limitation of sensitive-information use, or an appeal where applicable. Identify the request and provide the email associated with your account. Do not include passwords or private family content. We may verify your identity, residency, and authority. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority, and we may confirm the request directly with the user.
California
KFT does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Consequently, a “Do Not Sell or Share” opt-out does not change current practices. KFT honors legally required opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. California users will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable rights.
EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, and other regions
Applicable rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may complain to your local supervisory authority. If a request is denied, you may ask KFT to explain the decision and review any appeal right available where you live.
